  • graduate employment figures – find a university with a good track record in your chosen field
  • student services – a good support structure will make your university experience more enjoyable.

What are the entry requirements?

We accept students from a range of learning backgrounds at Kingston University. You might have formal qualifications, such as exams taken at school, or you might show your knowledge in another way. But remember:

  • our courses are taught in English, so you need to be competent in the language
  • you should usually be at least 18 years old on 1 September of your first year (there is no upper age limit for admission)
  • check our course description pages for individual course requirements.

If you have achieved a qualification such as a Foundation Degree or HND, or gained credit from another higher education provider, you may be able to use this either as an entry qualification, or to put towards an award from Kingston University.

Mature students

We welcome applications from mature students (those aged 21 or over) and will consider your application on its own merits. We know mature students often have other commitments so we help you achieve your ambitions through:
