Moving into your new room is an exciting part of student life and our Accommodation team are here to support you in finding a place, whether that's on or near to campus.
If you're applying to Kingston University through Clearing, we may still have some rooms available in our halls of residence. Our accommodation is limited at this time of the year and is offered on a first come, first served basis to anyone who has received a course offer and has added Kingston University as their Clearing choice.
We offer accommodation at varying budgets in five halls of residence, so you'll have plenty of options at differing budgets and tastes.
If living in halls is not your vibe, there is a wealth of private accommodation options in Kingston and the surrounding area. Similarly, we have a large commuting community, so if you live nearby, you can read more about living at home while you study at university.
You must add Kingston University as your Clearing choice on UCAS Hub. When logged into UCAS Hub, select 'add Clearing choice' and fill in the course details supplied by Kingston University and submit.
Once your place has been confirmed, you will receive an email within 24 hours containing an invitation to book your room in halls of residence via our online Accommodation Portal (you will need your Kingston University username and password). We do operate on a first come, first served system, so we recommend you do this as soon as possible.
You will only be able to apply for accommodation once your offer is confirmed as placed on UCAS Hub.
Please note: Our Accommodation Portal will only show the rooms that are available, and there is limited availability at this time of the year.
Having a room in our halls of residence is a great way to make friends and feel at home in the University community. Each one of our halls of residence is on, or close to, our campuses. All are well connected to Kingston town centre.
