The University can investigate complaints about persistent noise problems or anti-social behaviour where these relate to one of its halls of residence or property it manages for a private landlord. If you are unsure if a private property is managed by the University please contact the University's Headed Tenancy Department (details below).
If you have a concern about student behaviour in University-managed property, please contact the relevant hall or the University's Headed Tenancy department. The University will then investigate under the licence agreement we have with the students, or under our disciplinary procedures. Cases of serious or persistent misconduct may lead to a student being asked to leave their university accommodation and/or facing action under the University's Student Disciplinary Procedure.

Please note that although halls are staffed 24 hours a day, the staff on duty may not always be able to respond immediately. In this case, please either leave a message or call university security on 020 8417 2966. The security officer can liaise directly with the halls staff.
