I obtained my PhD in Psychology from the University of Edinburgh in 2022. My doctoral research focused on the cognitive and affective influence of mindfulness on individuals' perceptions and behaviors in romantic relationships. In particular, my thesis examined how mindfulness may be related to and predictive of individuals' willingness to make sacrifices in romantic relationships, and how this link may be influenced by certain relationship-specific motives (e.g., commitment, ambivalence). My current research is multidisciplinary and covers topics in social and occupational psychology, including (but is not limited to) the positive influence of mindfulness on employee's well-being, productivity, and team efficiency in organizations.
