About

I am a Senior Lecturer in Visual Communication (Graphic Design, Illustration & Animation) on the Foundation Diploma in Art, Design & Media Practice. Our approach to teaching the specialism on Foundation encourages and allows our students to recognise and take advantage of the possibilities created when the disciplines within in it intertwine.

With a background in Illustration my practice explores applying illustration thinking and processes to spatial, 3 dimensional and participatory outputs. I'm interested in futures of the discipline and the influence of narrative as a tool to communicate.

As, also, an academic co-ordinator for short courses at KSA I'm responsible for organising and delivering courses, workshops and programmes to the wider community with a focus for widening participation.
