About
I graduated the Kingston University dance course in 2014; it is a great honour to return as a lecturer years later!
I have developed my skills as a dance artist for over a decade, working predominantly in Hip Hop Theatre and Contemporary Dance. My global experience of facilitating workshops in schools, theatres, community spaces and health retreats has allowed me to connect with people of diverse backgrounds, ages and abilities; a breadth and depth that I continue to draw from in my ongoing practice as an educator. My performance work spans various platforms including Breakin' Convention, Beyonce's Black Is King, Sky One's Got To Dance and Shanghai International Dance Centre.
I am currently developing as a Movement Psychotherapist, with the view of making the field more accessible, and inviting a more holistic practice into dance spaces.
